Ruth's Chris Steak House is a renowned chain of steakhouses in the United States, with over 100 locations across the globe. It is a premium steakhouse in Taipei with four establishments currently operating in Taiwan. The timing is perfect for indulging in its offerings before the pandemic alert level rises to level three. Ruth's classic set menu features a range of popular classic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, side dishes, and desserts, as well as table wine and after-dinner coffee.


Upon being seated and while you are still contemplating your order, the waiter promptly serves a plate of warm pre-dinner bread wrapped in a tablecloth to preserve its temperature. Accompanying the bread is a stack of light yellow cream spread.

Ruth's New York steak is made using Prime grade American beef and is cooked using a special oven that can quickly fry and roast the surface of the beef at an incredibly high temperature of 1,000 degrees while also preserving the tenderness of the meat and achieving the perfect charcoal mesh. The steak is served on a porcelain plate that has been heated to 500 degrees, allowing the meat to cook slowly while being savored. Although the steak is substantial in size, the presentation of the American steak may not give a delicate impression. The taste of Ruth's steak is so outstanding that it was consumed in its entirety without hesitation.

The dining experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House is excellent, with delectable cuisine and exceptional service. In terms of pricing, it is surprisingly reasonable for a restaurant that serves top-quality steaks. Additionally, the steak entrees are simply delicious, surpassing the standard set by Smith & Wollensky.
